John 3:17 God sent his Son into the world, not to condemn the world, but to save the world.

For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.

John 3:16

 

But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

God's Remedy for Sin

 

For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord

My Decision to Receive Christ As My Saviour

 

Confessing to God that I am a sinner, and believing that the Lord Jesus Christ died for my sins on the cross and was raised for my justification and adoption, I do now receive and confess Him as my personal Saviour.

Assurance you have as a believer

Most assuredly, I say to you, he who hears My word and believes in Him who sent Me has everlasting life, and shall not come into judgment, but has passed from death into life.

 John 5:24

 

These things I have written to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, that you may know that you have eternal life, and that you may continue to believe in the name of the Son of God

 1 John 5:13

 

But these are written that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that believing you may have life in His name.
